• (international) recruitment of personnel for the organization (320 people worldwide) ranging from production, management, sales, supply chain, sales, engineering, finance, QC laboratory, regulatory affairs, business office, etc.; • Renewing and setting up the labor market communication using Vacancy Marketing by multiposting websites; • Implementing a new Performance Management System; • Writing job evaluation using STYR/Hay; • Advising, facilitating and contracting in collaboration with managers.
