- Managing 360º recruitment process: From Client’s requirement to candidate’s placement - Researching passive and active candidates. Specialized in ERP, BI tools & IT - Headhunting, direct sourcing through different channels: job boards, social networks and K2 database - Market Mapping, targeting new Companies for business development - F2 interviews and Client meetings in Switzerland & France - Trilingual recruitment with international exposure for European market (Swiss, German, French, British)
