• Coordinated credential requests with key contacts from USTA Staff, consultants, and vendors of large credential groups as assigned by US Open Credentials Manager. • Filled out applications and distributing more than 25,000 credentials to US Open staff. • Promoted to the Players Credential Office to check in more than 300 players, their staff, and guests with pre and during event logistics.

• Substitute supervisor of three to thirteen ticket sellers on game days that on average assisted two to three thousand fans at the ingress points. • Presented the best available solutions at the Customer Service Desk on game days and non-game days regarding ticket operations. • Responsible for accommodating and providing the best seats to Mets fans according to their requirements through face-to-face conversations or over the phone.

• Provided tours to over ten prospective students, families, and international counselors weekly, while answering questions and showcasing campus community and student resources. • Assisted in administration tasks for the preparation and planning of five Preview Days, which hosted an average of 85 families per event.

• Provided players assistance into 160 matches with supplies and general information. • Assisted cameraman in live broadcasting. • Provided Social Media department assistance into the major network platforms, such as Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.

• Provided 54 players and coaches assistance with extra activities, and practice/warm-up schedule control at the Tournament Desk. • Assisted more than 200 fans with general information about the event through phone calls. • Controlled the delivery and removal of sports materials for players’ use.
