As an Executive Research Consultant, I am mainly concerned with search. First, I learn about the DNA of a company. Second, I source candidates, but also present the right references by combining modern web search and social network analyses with old-fashioned but necessary face time.

Van Der Oest Style delivers hand-made artistic and decorative products (interior & exterior), produced in our own studio. I conducted an ethnographic study to explore how ethnic entrepreneurs in El Raval construct conviviality and overcome differences in their daily encounters with their diverse customers. The research has a localised character and aims to contribute to the field of studies that focuses on the everyday lives of “ordinary” people, being ethnic entrepreneurs with Pakistani backgrounds our case in point here.

Took a course abroad to bridge the gap between the end of my Bachelor's degree and start of my Master's program. Passed the exam for the Cambridge English C2 Qualification at International House Dublin. Activities: • Course, cultural program, and exam at IH Dublin, Cambridge training & assessment center; • Living in Dublin (Ireland) for several months; • Attending study trips to Galway, Kilkenny, Glendalough, and Belfast.

Amacom, the Amazing Company is an (online) supplier of consumer electronics products that focuses on supply chain solutions for e-tailers and retailers. • Pioneering new possibilities and implementing first steps of a growth plan to enter a new market; • Accelerating the incorporation of products and customers in SAP and Excel databases; • Empowering the Marketing and Purchasing/Procurement departments.

Tennis Northern is an amateur sports body promoting and managing the game of tennis from the Harbour Bridge to Cape Reinga (northern district New Zealand). The organisation's mission is to get more people playing more tennis more often. • Designing and modifying content for the Tennis Northern website and social media pages; • Chairing a project to explore possibilities to establish a new multi-sport facility.
