Execute new development and sustaining programs from conception to high volume according stage gate process globally.

Lead an international team of manufacturing development engineers, project managers and process experts that are responsible for the automation, assembly and platforming of new Fiber Optic development products from cradle (proof of concept by sampling) to grain (full release of high volume equipment).

Responsible for European tooling centers located The Netherlands, Germany and Italy. Development and creation of new tooling, process techniques, provide technical support to regional and overseas manufacturing sites and lead factory cost savings initiatives.
