AsOperations director and MRQ. *Works with the customer and Engineering for the definition of design requirements and documentation. Collect detailed drawings and other documents regarding unique or preferred implementations of components, mechanics and other features. *Initiates methods to assist the customer in incorporating routinely required features into future designs. *Provides technical support and direction to the customer on ATE related electrical and mechanical topics.

*Full responsibility for the scheduling of design work. *Full responsibility for the scheduling of board fabrication. *Hiring, training and termination of design, application/field Engineering staff. *Monitor production sites with the view to improve performance and quality. *Supporting ECT sale activities, and ultimately the company’s objectives through on time performance in design and fabrication.
