Planned and built an organization of innovation by creating and managing innovation campaigns that generated more than 4000 new ideas/year, with an average of 10 ideas/day that resulted in an additional $2 million US in sales. Managed product portfolio process implementing processes and an idea prioritization system focused on financial returns that brought in $8 million US in 2010 through projects implemented at 15 plants across Brazil.
