My responsibilities as an Intern was to assist in the procurement of Mechanical parts for Passive Safety Sensors. Analysis the Request for Quotations provided by suppliers and help in selecting the best. Was also responsible for implementing Preventive Quality Planning measures for the procured parts in order to maintain the required quality standards.

Responsible for process optimization and generation of production orders.

Part of an International Research group at the Chair of Logistics department. My responsibilities include to build a database of Best and Sustainable Supply chain and Logistics practices based on a predetermined framework developed at the TU Berlin. My responsibilities also include analysis of this data and find out the "Best Practices" followed by industries.

Using Goal programming and other concepts of simulation such as game theory to build a model to quantify the constraints faced by manufacturing industries, while they aim to generate value by trying to horizontally integrate with their peers. This horizontal integration can be achieved by the 7C's such a collaboration, co-opetition, competition etc.

My responsibilities included analyzing technical problems and provide the best possible solution. I was also responsible for process improvement. Also worked as a Quality Control analyst. I was responsible to analyze defects and bottlenecks in the process and develop an optimized and improved process.
