Supported client clinical project by meeting with IT business units to gather information on the project and creating and facilitating review and approval of clinical deliverables. Preparing details design documents based on the requirement specifications. Project tracking and Change management. Enhancements and defect resolutions. Production issue resolution, prioritizing defects. Provides support for the internal Data Analysts, Client Services through the development of analytic queries.
