My role as Program Purchasing Leader is to anticipate the specific requirements for new programs (supplier technologies, geographical location and target costs), and to ensure the commodity panel strategy is appropriate to support the acquisition. The role continues to select and pilot suppliers from the agreed supplier panel in order to achieve Program objectives.

Within a worldwide group of medical devise recycling, I was in charge to follow ISO 9001 standards and organize / modify processes and allocation of ressources for ISO 13485 and 14001 certification. In a second task, I improved the impact of commercial advertising campaigns by proposing the implementation on the commercial website of a ready to use marketing key performance indicator.

Within a project team, in charge of designing a transducer using ultrasonic based technology: Calculation methods, design, testing, liaising with suppliers. Meeting with doctors and update of technical characteristics to full-fill functional specifications.

Working on the PUMA SOCAT helicopter (military version): Designing parts of the rotor system, radar and canon interface, testing according military standards.
