Candles Production. In Ukraine, I developed two small companies. It gave me experience in a business organisation from the ground up. This is list of my responsibilities:

I worked as a deputy chief of a division . I supervised work in repair workshop of oil equipment. It's one of the best experience, where I was responsible for the process of work, I set the day production jobs for division workers, understood engineering principles of oil drilling equipment and worked with different documentations. Rough and complicated conditions of work in oil industry showed me how to peacefully find solutions for various problems and taught me to work confidently under pressure.

I had two summer internships at the oilfield in Siberia (Russia). I participated in the oil wells drilling process and took part in different operations. I got my first practical engineering experience there. It helped me to understand the organisation of work processes and work principles of technical equipment, also, to improve social and communication skills. It was my first real teamwork with great responsibilities. I get used to work under pressure in difficult environmental conditions.
