• GM Controller – monthly individual meetings with the 15 team managers having as a goal understanding the financial impact of the operational activities on the gross margin. Result: 2% gain in terms of GM in the first 2 months • Processes improvement and development of new reports– i.e.: Estimation of the monthly holiday accruals; • Specific analyses: the wage gap for similar positions depending on the program, the impact of 1% absenteeism in terms of gross margin etc.;

• Implementing and improving reports and financial analyses (New business, DGM, Partner reports etc.); • In charge of the monthly and yearly closing, budgeting and forecasting activities in collaboration with both the local and headquarters management; • Project coordination for the implementation of new functionalities in our IT system– in cooperation with colleagues and service providers from Romania, France and Austria.

• Financial reporting developed in collaboration with colleagues from France or abroad; • In charge of monthly and yearly closing, budgeting and forecasting activities; • Building decision making models involving financial indicators and relevant activity matrix (Plant costs rate, Free Cash Flow, Logistic Costs);
