Represented and responsible for JRS' performance and expansion in North Sudan including strategic management specifically stakeholder engagement. Project Management of 20 staff and a budget of over £1 million.

Responsible for strategy development, needs assessments, evaluations and project closures.

Responsible for Project Cycle Management process of 24 projects across Ethiopia, Kenya, Sudan, Tanzania and Uganda with an annual budget of over $6 million. Responsible for narrative and financial reporting to over 34 donors. Provided training and capacity building in project management, strategic planning and programmatic approaches.

Responsible for marketing and education programme across Scotland. Developed an annual fundraising plan of £700,000. Managed a network of 128 volunteers and 7 ambassadors including exposure trips to Kenya and Tanzania. Responsible for strategic planning and stakeholder engagement.

Project Cycle Management process of emergency proposals for tsunami rehabilitation work carried out by 6 partners in India. Monitoring visits to India, identification of new partners and responsible for a budget of £500,000

Responsible for Project and financial management of the programme in India. Managed 20 volunteers, placements and local NGO partnerships. Provided training and capacity building to volunteers and local NGOs. Researched future NGO partnerships.
