Completed capacity and capability analyses, participated on ASML productivity team, installed and qualified state of the art inspection equipment including KLA SL3 DUV inspection tool. Responsible for installing, qualifying, sustaining, and improving various processes and equipment related to photomask cleaning and inspection. Projects resulted in a 20% yield improvement while simultaneously improving safety and throughput time. Also owned SPC, deionized water quality, cleanroom protocols and materials, new mask sizes, Workstream, training, vendor partnerships, and analytical equipment.
