The Digital Agentur Heidelberg was officially founded in September 2017 with the mission from the City of Heidelberg to drive the development of smart technologies throughout the region. Through our strategic pillars of hyper-connectivity, data-driven services, and strategic collaboration we aim to shape Heidelberg into a model smart city where cities learn from in the future. As a daughter company from the City of Heidelberg and Stadtwerke Heidelberg, our roots are local, while we think globally.

Department: New Technologies Research Topic: Investigation of the risk resilience of modern critical infrastructures (smart grids) with regards to known and emerging threats Thesis topic as part of Horizon 2020, Smart Resilience, BRAVO

1) Assisting in the SmartResilience project lead by the EU-VRI 2) Part of the management team on the SRH Engineering department's Chinese Exchange program 3) Assist all master thesis students researching risk management

Named as one of the top economics students and an economics tutor for the school.

Assisted the Office of the President with any task needed including but not limited to the editing of documents to be published online, planning support for private and campus wide events, and managed the front desk.

Developed practice schedules based on identified team needs; taught doubles and singles strategy and trained players using dynamic drills; assisted head coach in decision-making processes such as starting line-ups.

Met with community organizers and activists organizations. Learned ways to challenge and/or change public policy in efforts to combat social/economic injustice. Increased critical thinking skills through supplemental research. Prepared weekly for the administration of poverty simulations.

Held administrative rights to school databases, responded to onsite calls including printer issues, Internet connections, and software updates. Activated student accounts inside databases. Managed the front desk by directing telephone calls.
