As IT professional, I have found so many times hard to get proper information, references about key topics I was dealing with. Today we have several social networks, but they are too much focused on making business, and too generic. So, we have decided to create this platform, aiming to bring IT to a different level of communication around the globe.

I’m responsible for the setup of an IT department to support WIB’s group. In parallel I’m responsible for the development management of Rapid Composite - RapidComposite: Product which acts as BPM & SOA solution, integrating legacy systems with a proprietary adapter As main duties: - Definition & Implementation of IT Strategy - Organization Setup - Physical setup - IT Architecture - Product Roadmap

I was responsible for the TCC IT Department, leading a multi-disciplinary set of teams, including: ERP Development, Data Management, Process Development, Application Integration and IT Operations.

Integrated in the technical direction of a technology group in Portugal. I was responsible for the design and implementation of a new business unit (Business Process Improvement). At the same time, I was acting as Middleware Technical Coordinator for a large Portuguese bank (Millennium Bank), which is a Mindsource customer

At the beginning of my career I have decided to work as freelancer, so I could improve my skillset in different organizations and sectors, without losing the flexibility. I have worked in several different sectors, such as Telecommunications, Networking, Consulting, Health or Public Administration. In terms of career, I have worked as Tester, Software Developer, Technical Manager and IT Manager.
