• Ensure the learning cycle of AOSL/ AM following the frame of the Airbus Strategy on budget, time, process and quality. • To coordinate and manage H Academy in Spain and to drive the Soft Skills & Languages Faculties in locally. • Responsible for managing Learning Priorities Projects. • To provide support, recommendations and information to the Academies and OUCLUMS. • To contribute in the elaboration and delivering of the Airbus Training Plan with the cooperation of all the agents.

• Focal point between HR and business. • Provide the Human Resources politics in different functions. • Active involvement in annual HR Airbus process: Objectives setting, performance review, career aspirations, salary review, etc. • Focal point for hiring personnel: Creation of requests for personnel, final selection (assessment), prepare offers for final candidate, request and manage the documentation for new contracts, leaves of absence, etc. • Manage absence reports for each function/ department.

• Manage the Banco Santander annual process: Objectives setting, performance and development, learning and training, salary review, etc. • Recruitment interviews and prepare offers for final candidate. • Engagement survey, analysis and follow up function needs. • Management and follow up of training needs. • Ensuring the right and efficient coordination between the HRBP and the Centres of Expertise.

• Create and develop the training catalogue and annual reports. • Recruiting and hiring teachers. • Data Bases Management. • Teaching in learning courses for Móstoles local government. • Recruiting and monitoring of Red Cross volunteers . • Manage for finance programs, internships and assistance to NGO. • Information management and advice for general population. • Coordinator between Madrid Red Cross and the local government.

• Create and develop the training catalogue for 2009. • Recruiting and hiring suppliers. • Provide support, recommendations and information to Caja Madrid Culture Manager.
