I am leading the Supply Chain Offline Operations across European markets, focusing on optimizing processes, driving automation in collaboration with Tech, and elevating customer experience as Emma evolves from a start-up to scale-up. My focus is on shaping strategy, building scalable frameworks, and delivering operational excellence by setting clear direction, addressing complex challenges, and empowering teams to achieve outstanding results.

Managed business operations with a key focus in resource optimisation and supervising in the context of provision of ISO certification to B2B clients in the Australasia region. Crucial to this was managing relations with stakeholders in our business process, stakeholders buy-in and adoption rate of new systems. Improved workflow efficiency through new process implementation and data quality, resulting in a YoY decrease in non-conformities from Regulators and Accreditation Body (JAS-ANZ).

This interim role was undertaken during my Gap Year in New Zealand. Managed customers under intelliHUB's new advanced metering infrastructure platform. Analyzed workload and deployed field service officers based on project demand and efficient resource allocation. Supervised operational workflow, ensured data quality and compliance to NZ Electricity Authority.

Managed Holcim (Lafarge Malaysia)'s key High Net Worth Industrial Manufacturers i.e. Precast & Ready-Mixed-Concrete - My role as the SPOC for the key accounts (Annual Turnover ~USD 50m) comprised of fostering long-term strategic partnerships, developing existing key relationships and retention strategies.

Supported clients in Malaysia and Singapore with banking operations and digital transformation. Resigned from the position following selection for a competitive graduate training program at Holcim, aligned with long-term career development goals.

Job shadowed the Head of Brand, I interned with the Enterprise Business Division under the Brands team. Worked closely with creative and media agencies (Ogilvy & Mather, BBDO, Mindshare, Wham) on print and online ads, TVCs, lenticulars, and ATL marketing tailored to reach mass brand awareness. Projects: 2010 FIFA World Cup, Brand Loyalty (Postpaid & Prepaid) campaigns, Apple iPhone distribution campaign, Maxis Lotus Racing F1 sponsorship.
