I joined CARITOR India pvt ltd in Nov 2004, as a project Manager. I got involved into the SAP-Implementation project for one of the Giant customer of CARITOR's SAP Implementation services. I continue to remain in the same account, and i have played several roles, starting from Functional Team Lead to COE,Program Manager.

I worked as a SAP-ABAP technical consultant, based out of London-UK office, in the internal implementation of SAP within the PWC in their various office locations in various countries. This was also my first assignment in which i worked in an offshore-onsite model, where a offshore team supported the onsite team in the new object developments or support existing solution. I worked as a Technical Lead. I was interacting with an offshore team of six members also.

I worked as a Developer in the development team which developed SAPs Industry Solution specific for AeroSpace and Engineering/Construction industries. I have played the role of the Development support sucessfully, both being seated abroad and from the office out of india. I have made new enhancements in existing SAP functionalities and also taken up small size new projects and completed/ developed them sucessfully from India office.
