• Working on the design development of Knee socket for amputee patients, by leveraging design for additive manufacturing MJF 4200 and Artec 3D scanner. • Working closely within the star-up environment towards scaling-up the structure, and the product • Also, the Project manager for the medium size industrial production with 4200 MJF 3D printer

• Worked on a research project in collaboration with Bridgestone company, focused on "Modelling comfort for autonomous vehicles and aircrafts". • Solved mathematical design calculations and subsequently used the design data for the FEA of the Base-excitation vibration model for vehicular seats in ANSYS.

• Reconstructed accurate PSI for the patient suffering from complex skull fracture using organic surface modelling in SolidWorks, SpaceClaim and Meshmixer. • Optimised and reduced the thickness using ANSYS (optimisation tools) resulting in weight reduction by 24 %, while still retaining high strength, post-surgery.

• Worked on over 4 projects for industries and other product design development organisations, for innovating devices and methodologies using the technical and managerial skillset • namely, Cranio-facial surgical drill, Dual-extrusion 3D printer, Bite-force measuring device and a couple more.

• Worked on the Product research, design and development for Neuro-hand glove using SolidWorks modelling tool. • Aids in the rehabilitation of clients suffering from hypertonia (reduced hand muscle strength) or neurological and orthopaedic injuries.
