Co-ordination and liaison with other discipline members of the Project Management Team throughout the duration of the project Design Phase. Carrying out design calculations for electrical Lighting (lux calculation), Power (cable selection, voltage drop, and short circuit), Lightning protection & earthing system for Metro Rail station electrical installations & other Residential buildings. Design Assistance for Fire alarm Systems, SCADA & BMS design For Elevated & UG stations.

Carrying out design calculations on a variety of buildings i.e. Residential, Commercial & Infrastructure. Coordinate with Architects and Mechanical Engineers and any other external Design Consultant. Establishing design concepts for Sustainable artificial lighting, natural lighting, renewable power, waste re-cycle, HVAC, and special systems meeting Local Green Building Requirements & follow up for approval. Design according to local utility rules, regulations, and design guides.

Preparing and supervising the preparation of accurate and complete electrical schematic designs, design development designs, and construction documents. Performing and directing electrical engineering construction phase services including representing the firm on-site, raising RFI’s, preparing shop drawings& as-built drawings, etc. Working with, responding to, and taking direction from project managers, managing principals, Operations Directors, and Senior Management.

Supervises, Coordinates and assigns various projects to be performed by the engineering team (i.e., system design and project engineering). Establishes design standards, specifications, and criteria for projects. Performing all aspects of electrical engineering design as a senior engineer, including Conceptual Studies, Program Requirements, Design Analysis, Calculations, Lighting selection and layout, and System selection and layout for building design and site electrical utilities.

Approved Consultant Engineer from Dubai municipality for supervising Electrical works for different Dubai municipality projects. Planning & project execution strategy, ensure the implementation of quality control standards and cost control on a project for on-time completion. Preparation of Electrical Design drawings, Specifications, Bill of quantities, discussions, and getting approval from Dubai Municipality for various Dubai Municipality projects.
