R&D Engineer
Liteon Technology
Designed and Developed 30kW DC-DC Electric Vehicle Charger (Two Stage) with a wide output voltage range (150-950V). - Implemented Vienna PFC rectifier + LLC resonant converter stages to meet the BOM cost of $1000 with a power density of 27W/in^3 and 96% peak efficiency. - Designed schematics for the charger and assisted ECAD for PCB Layout. - Verified functionality of the charger in Prototype 1 and Prototype 2 (further reduction in size) and supported engineers on EVT stage at the factory.

Master Thesis Student
Rolls-Royce@NTU Corporate Laboratory
Designing a High Frequency (HF) step down transformer for a DC-DC converter to get a high output current and low output voltage. Calculating the possibility of the design with lower core area and analyzing the parameters such as flux density, losses and current densities using Finite Element Method (FEM) softwares. Testing the prototype and comparing the results with the simulations.
