Responsible for performance attribute management, which includes attribute performance level forecasting, target setting, time and cost analysis and adherence to same to meet overall project timeline. Extensive bench marking of competition vehicles and testing of prototypes for HVAC performance evaluation in Climatic wind tunnels and on road.

Evaluation of HVAC system and ducting on buck and vehicle level to meet target performance Day and day out vehicle testing for validation of HVAC system performance and durability on road and Climatic wind tunnel chambers. Well versed with Hot and Cold wind tunnel operations and usage of data acquisition systems, anemometers, pressure transducers, thermocouples, tint-meter, pressure gauges and other general instrumentation for vehicle testing. Instrumental in troubleshooting live customer complaints

Supervise and manage the overall performance of staff and workshop. Design different service marketing activities for increasing the market shares. Closely monitoring CSI score, JD Power customers and ensures 100% customer satisfaction.
