In charge of compliance to Environment rules hardening further to Tianjin explosion + gestion of US (Trump I) vs China financial rivality and its impact on China-Caterpillar. Made the factory compliant in 3 months, ISO 9001 compliant in 12 months, and started to open local, Korean, Japanese markets. Factory profitable in 2018 for the 1st time of its 13 years history

General management, direct reporting to the shareholders (France + Taiwan), 90 people, EUR 3M, 2 factories under my responsability : machining and assembly of piston air-compressors (turnover 90%), special textile and electronics for food applications (10%); factory received loss-making in 2015, turned back to profitable in 2016-2017 thanks to daily local management of suppliers and employees, in Chinese rural context.
