Younique Recruitment is a specialist IT boutique recruitment company focused on supporting clients and candidates on a local, national and international basis. I secured this internal role and permanent full-time role after finishing the previous project. I started this role immediately after completing the last project with EWA. The main purpose of this role is to provide a safe, cost effective and customer focused fuel delivery service to customers. I work with clients, contractors/hauliers and customers in order to minimise delays to pre-scheduled deliveries. I have the following responsibilities:

I joined in EWA in December as a telephone canvasser. This role enabled calling constituents in different areas of the UK to gather their views, opinions and voting intentions on the 2015 General Election. This information was recorded through a specifically designed liberal democrat system where voting intentions were recorded by taking constituents answers over the phone. I did this role whilst setting up my recruitment business.

My role at Just IT was to work as the Internal Recruiter and to make internal placements into Just IT Training (HR, Marketing, Sales, Finance and IT professionals) and Just IT Recruitment (Recruitment Consultants, Sales Support). In a short period of time, I made a number of internal placements, developed a business plan to help grow the company in the right way

My role is also that of a 360 degree Recruitment Consultant. In my day-to-day job, I canvass new clients, maintain existing accounts and develop existing relationships further. I was also responsible for sourcing roles, building talent pools, meeting clients and candidates, advertising, headhunting, and making sure targets are hit.

I worked for almost 4 years at Universe Technology - a niche IT Recruitment Company with very established background in delivering high-quality SAP consultants into a wide range of different businesses predominantly in different areas of Europe. I worked consistently for over 2 years and in May 2012, I was promoted to Team Leader.

I started my Recruitment career at Elan Computing (now known as Experis) As this was my first recruitment role, I started as a Resourcer for 6 months and then progressed to an Account Manager for 1 year and was then promoted again to become a Consultant. I worked specifically on recruiting candidates for IT & Telecoms roles. In 2008, I was one of the top performing Permanent Consultants.
