In my current role, I manage a small team responsible for the delivery of the main non-financial KPIs to upc cablecom Senior Management and their submission to our mother company Liberty Global. My main effort is to migrate from a highly manual “Excel based” reporting to an automated “DB based” reporting platform via the development of Oracle Datamarts.

I participated as Senior Business Analyst in upc cablecom CRM migration project. I was part of the team responsible for the data migration and my main involvement has been the writing of the technical specifications for the ETL developers and the testing of migrated data sets.

At UBS, I was part of the team responsible for the development and roll out of the Data Warehouse platform used internationally by UBS.My role involved frequent travels to the locations where together with the local IT and business teams, I implemented and tested the new releases of the Data Warehouse.

Depending on the needs in Information expressed by Finance and Controlling, I developed specific Data Marts and web based scorecards. I covered each phase of the development process.

Interested to direct my career into the field of Management Information Systems, I applied to an 18 months project at Repubblica e Cantone Ticino. The aim of the project was the implementation of a Controlling system based on Key Performance Indicators following at the Balanced Scorecard Methodology. The whole system needed a Data warehouse infrastructure with Business Intelligence software in order to automate the delivery of the reporting to the management. I covered each phase of the project.
