- Diagnosed and helped recover a stalled production billing pipeline by tracing Kubernetes node placement, controlling NATS load, and verifying PostgreSQL replication and billing recovery. - Built a database-diagnosis system with PostgreSQL BM25, pgvector/HNSW, RRF, reranking, and read-only MCP retrieval. - Shipped Alertmanager email and webhook delivery for AppsCode Container Engine. - Reduced image download time from one hour to 12 minutes in air-gapped deployments.

- Architected and built Inbox-agent, a Kubernetes-native diagnosis service, saving 10+ minutes per alert. - Extended Apache James and its Go client to retrieve email in one chained JMAP request, with JWT authorization, group management. - Built a NATS JetStream load tester that reproduced stalled consumers and PostgreSQL WAL accumulation - Removed 7,000+ lines of code and eliminated a controller interdependency race by replacing eager Runbook and PrometheusRules caches with on-demand fetching.
