Microsoft 365 Enterprise Expert  Primary involvement in MS Teams, Office 365, MS Exchange, AzureAD and Active Directory.  Providing End to End support including Architecture planning and implementation to Operations support.  involvement with Architect Team on transition from Exchange On-premises to O365 solution.  Creating Knowledge Base for Microsoft Teams product as part of UCC project apart.

• Primary involvement in Office 365, Active Directory, Windows Server 2012 R2 / 2016, Azure AD, Microsoft 365 Security and Compliance, EM+S (Intune) and Exchange 2013. • Providing Technical Solutions in merger, de-merger, acquisition of new organisation to LDC. Migration of objects defined under End User Computing. • Supporting Enterprise Vault Storage solutions for Legal and Compliance. Also supporting Linux Postfix MTA clients for SMTP traffic apart from Microsoft products and services support.

• Provided L3/L4 support for the Global Messaging and Collaboration Services under End User Computing platform. • Planned, Designed and Deployed Exchange Server 2013 On-premise architecture along with Enterprise Vault and SMTP Relay mail flow. • Migration and post migration setups from LDC Old to New Mail Domain with respect to Organisation, Server and Recipient Configuration level. • Migration from Exchange 2013 SMTP Relay Servers to Linux Debian OS POSTFIX servers.

• Team Lead for ECS (Email and Collaboration Services) and served 5 Customer accounts with different Infrastructures and services in a Shared Service Centre model. • Performed DRP and Migration projects for Exchange and Active Directory. • Supervised Recipient Management tasks for different teams. • Written several Knowledge Base (KB) articles for various Incidents, Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for Problems and Automated Service Requests via Powershell.

• Managed day to day Technical Operations on Exchange (2003/2007/2010) and Collaboration Services such as Blackberry, Right fax. • Leading and Performing the patching activity on the Windows Servers 2003 / 2008 for 9 Customer accounts. • Executed Critical Changes on Exchange, Iron port, Blackberry and Right fax servers as per ITIL best practices.
