Dr. Sanaz Khalighi

As an associate scientist and a PhD student, I am responsible for working on a project (forming cross-linked gels with fungal enzymes, as a substitution for gelatin) as well as teaching assistant in practical courses (Naturstoffchemie, Biochemie and Bioanalytik).

I taught English as a second language to all walks of life. I was rewarded as The Best Teacher in summer 2009 due to creativity, firing students' enthusiasm for learning more, usage of the latest technology and methods of teaching, establishing a good relationship with students, parents and colleagues

It was an apprenticeship to get familiar with fruits drying systems, standard quality tests conducting on dried fruits and dryers technologies.
