I played a pivotal role in ensuring the success of customers using Drishti's AI and Computer Vision SaaS solutions. I acted as both a functional and implementation consultant, customizing software to meet specific customer requirements. My work extended to diverse industries such as Semiconductor, Medical devices, and Automotive, and covered geographically diverse locations. My role included problem-solving, conflict resolution, and the closure and evaluation of project deliverables. SPOC for customers.

I undertook the critical task of analyzing project requirements, creating Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), milestones, and process optimization plans. My role involved aligning project goals and objectives with customer expectations and significantly reducing response times for issue resolution. Meticulously planned, designed, and scheduled project phases, while monitoring cost, performance, and project status. Enhanced project delivery through standardization, continuous improvement, and Kaizen philosophy.
