Responsible for the plant (1250 employees). Next to the general tasks (QS, Production, Logistic, Production planning, Maintenance, Mould shop, HR, P&L) the target is the improve the plant culture, improve the LEAN activities. In order to reach these target to work out motivation system, start with mid level leaders management training, to improve the daily meeting and visualization system.

Responsible for the plant operative performance (production, QA, Logistic, Maintenance, Technology, Design office) Contact with the critical customers. Improve the team efficiency. Improve the plant efficiency. Establish Continous Improvement culture (SMED, PDCA, Kaizen, 5S, etc.) Budget and CAPEX planning Full P&L responsibility Strategy planning

With the QA paralell to be responsible for the production. Fulfill the customer demands on time and on the right quality level. Production, capacity and head count planning based on the actual order level. Improve the production efficiency. Contact with the HQ. Contact with the suppliers and National Accreditation Authority

To improve the internal quality results. Analyse and report the Q-data and customer complainy. Work out and implement corrective actions.

To work on the improvement of the watermeters. Wor out new constructions to reach better accuracy of the products.
