I collaborate with the R&D groups to identify manufacturing feasibility issues and to implement a highly complex assembly line. While initiating organizational changes I develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity, ensuring an effective ROI and define KPIs to monitor operations and trigger corrective actions. I hold responsibility for monthly P&L review and cost center, utilizing forecasting to accomplish financial objectives, planning annual budgets, scheduling and preparing CapEx.

I conducted direct marketing activities and reported on the production facility’s implementation status. In order to ensure customer goal realization I released equipment design, tracked suppliers and controlled project development costs from the factory’s perspective. I also administrated project development costs and implemented production resources including line capacity, equipment, storage capacity, personnel allocation and production space.

I managed and coordinated the process engineering personnel while implementing production systems with specific techniques, methods, and tools and aligning the engineering department goals with business objectives and customer requirements. In this role, I broke down departmental targets, allocated staff according to changing needs, identified training needs and proposed as well as implemented annual training programs in the Department.

I improved the manufacturing processes leading to increased quality, productivity and efficiency. Moreover, I contributed to the realization of die-casting production process projections against targets and provided operational expertise in manufacturing decisions while monitoring the successful serial die-casting process optimization. I oversaw all production activities ensuring adherence to policies including Quality Assurance and safety standards as well as compliance with all company policies and procedures. I maintained appropriate paperwork recordings for each day's production and completed employee performance reviews as required.

I run the entire manufacturing capacity including Die Casting, Frame Preparation, Ring Manufacturing, Welding Robots and Frame Washing Machine. Besides my participation in production meetings and the preparation of monthly production reports it was my responsibility to mitigate production downtimes by ensuring availability of raw materials, maintaining overall safety including the maintenance of tools and administrated over daily staff activities and guaranteeing timely production goal attainment.

I oversaw all production activities guaranteeing adherence to set policies including Quality and safety standards. My duties included to ensure that all employees comply with company policies and procedures and maintain appropriate paperwork recordings. I communicated employee needs to HR and completed employee performance reviews. Maintain appropriate paperwork to effectively record each day production and scrap records and any other paperwork needed to efficiently communicate employee needs to HR.

I designed hoisting equipment (cranes), executed drawings in AutoCAD as well as Catia and located, developed and elaborated constructive and functional solutions in the hoisting domain. Further to that, I performed technical inspections, ensured the timely completion of projects achieving best quality and completed execution documents including sub-assemblies, details and borderer.
