At the customer service office located in the fairground my work is administrative assistant. My duties are: to prepare quotations for the clients with all information they need about transport, mechanical means, workers, reception, storage and collection of goods from the stand; to invoice for this services, to sell our logistic services to customers by phone, e-mail, etc. I also look after every single detail because there are a thousand things to take into account in this kind of work.

At this company I provided information about insurances and I performed all kind of administrative tasks.

As IT support I supervised to the children with computers ( software and hardware)programs, applications, etc and mostly I supported them with Spanish language
