Responsible for IT project portfolio enabling measurement and objective evaluation of IT investments and alignment with business strategy. Support individual projects under PPM, in 3 national languages, by providing advice and guidance regarding project governance, management and execution with multicultural teams, across Swiss territory.

Responsible for client’s project management team, dedicated to implement large and strategic projects for social insurance and SMEs sector. Provide the service relationship with Globaz SA and customers, in alignment with the commercial strategy and coordinating all stakeholders, with the objective of optimizing the quality of the delivery and maximizing the customer satisfaction / customer experience (through understanding the business requirements, managing expectations, obtaining the service perception)

Responsible for improving and maintaining customer relations and the identification of sales opportunities or process improvements to progress and increase revenue. Promote the development and implementation of best practices in technical projects in complex virtualization environment from desktop experience to server solutions. Provide direction to team members, motivating, coaching and supporting them to achieve team and individual objectives and to play an active role in the appraisal process.

Develop and maintain technical, analytical, and practical proficiencies needed to ensure optimal application of technologies and industry best practices. Lead IT implementation according to strategies and plans for projects/platforms, ensuring overall alignment to the IT vision and strategies.

Involved in the implementation of computer science project for global school, and provide daily technical support to end users in order to improve their experience with computer environment.
