Involves organising and arranging all back end processes for smooth conduction of British Council Exams in Pakistan's North Region - involving IELTS, school exams (O & A Levels) and Professional examinations (all UK university exams). This involves all aspects of event management, customer services, delivering trainings, stakeholder management etc. I am also the Local Staff Association Representative and First Response Officer of British High Commission for cases of bullying, harassment and discrimination.

Got promoted to Operations Manager for the second time to manage the most busy and crucial time of the year for English and Exams team in Pakistan. Was promoted for 3 months as the person in this role faced a medical emergency. This involved looking after all arrangements, co-coordinating with different stakeholders, ensuring a smooth conduction of the exam session by being pro-active and tackling sensitive exam material.

Was promoted to Operations Manager for three months during my first year at the British Council to manage the project of biggest examination session of the world - Cambridge O & A level examinations May/June 2017 session. It was a large session where more than 50,000 children sat their examinations all over Pakistan. I managed this challenging and sensitive project with exceptional audit scores and satisfied stakeholders.

Duties included taking care of unpaid marketing campaigns on social media channels, uploading and writing articles for the blog, writing content for promotional material of the company as well as content creation for different case studies and publishing material. Also use of softwares HubSpot & WordPress.

Duties included developing student’s writing skills, giving tutorial classes of Business and Management as well as grading tests and assignments.
