• Head of Procurement and Store sections. • Develops and implements strategies for procuring, storing, and distributing goods or services and maintaining stock levels within the available budget and on schedule.. • Reports to the General Manager. • Supervise and guide the team to monitor the procurement register for the timely and effective procurement of all the project requirements. • Collaborate with Quality Control team and vendors to ensure specification for compliance with project requirements.

• Draft and review the standard terms and conditions of purchase orders and subcontract documentation to ensure contractual protection. • Interprets contract provisions and reviews contracts for accuracy and changes prior to bid and renewal • Set the contract, risk and hedging strategies for Al Jaber Precision Engineering LLC • Implement, manage and develop robust procedures to ensure an improved delivery of tender and contract processes

• Make the acquisition of materials through sourcing methods that most effectively maximize the value of each purchase in achieving the goals. • Distribute and manage workload among direct reports. • Consolidate major purchases to negotiate and secure the best possible sourcing and procurement agreements. • Complete negotiations with suppliers regarding price, terms, quality, etc. of medium value/high risk items.
