Still managing the whole secretarial office but carrying out my tasks more deeply and process-driven i.e. monitor the daily agenda, organize meetings, arrange travel and accommodation worldwide, besides still handling the daily incoming/outgoing post/e-mail.

Hiring, contracting, training and control of duty times observing legal regulations of all flying staff, issuing the monthly duty plans and payrolls, booking and issuing hotel and flight tickets according to the fares bargained with concerned service providers worldwide,, manage the whole duty free stock from initial purchase, stockage, overview of sold articles finishing with the credit card processing.

All law areas (2 various law fields allowed to be studied each semester upon successful passing of the end examination) generating an individual Swiss Federal Exam Certificate recognized by the Swiss authorities
