Currently working as a Sr Consultant for SuccessFactors Employee Central and ECC support project. I have worked on the Data Models, MDF, Foundation Objects, Associations, Events and Event Reasons, Business Rules, Picklist, Role Based Permissions, XML, Time Off, Workflow and HCM Unit testing activities. Giving offshore Support to Client on various issues related to all sub modules in SAP HCM.

Handled offshore support issues, rollout and queries to clients on various issues related to OM, PA, TM and Payroll. Support End Users for day to day transactions. Create user manuals and conduct training for the company. Attend meetings for initiating new developments at the client side. Support End Users during Payroll Processing and FI Posting.

Completed 1 end to end implementation and 4 support projects. During the phase of implementation, I have worked on the Organizational Management, Personnel Administration, Time Management, Payroll, Recruitment, LSO, and Performance Management, ESS and MSS and also HCM UAT activities. Involved in Configuration, Master Data Upload, Training related activities.
