Global process responsibility for Sourcing & Agreement Management

Category Team Member Corrugated Board & Displays, Packaging Materials, Responsible for packaging materials corrugated Board for Western Europe (e.g. corrugated boxes and trays, paper bags, unprinted release paper, pallet-sheets) and sales displays for whole of Europe. Cross-divisional responsible for all business units (cosmetics, adhesives and detergent) within a global purchasing organization. Responsible for a yearly turnover of EUR 50 million. Focus on price and contract management/ negotiation.

Focus on local purchasing of raw materials in Germany (e.g. process optimizations, all relevant Net Working Capital issues, local negotiations, reporting, supplier base and relationship management including target dialogues). Team Leader with a team of four employees. Responsible of a yearly turnover of more than EUR 250 million. Handling of roughly 2,500 different raw materials and circa 400 suppliers.

Global responsibility as a Category Team Member (Printed Paper) for folding boxes and blistercards (cross-divisional for all business units – cosmetics, adhesives and detergent). Local responsibility for different packaging categories (cartridges incl. equipment and decoration, roller parts and tapes for rollers (e.g. Pritt correction and glue roller)), correction fluid packaging, tubes and paper bags

Strong focus on packaging (assembly) and labor costs at different suppliers worldwide

Responsible for category groups flooring, tools and colouring/ lacquer within purchasing and sales department
