Responsibilities: - Communication responsible with all customers services for issues related to the shipped products quality assurance. - Handling of customers complaints / claims and preparing meetings minutes. - Following action plan and coordinate with project team to ensure the implementation of defined actions. - Measure external quality performance (PPM, Scrap...) and PDCA follow up. - Coordinate all quality activities in accordance with customers specifications.

- Ensure the quality of automotive products in different production lines for Electronic departement. - Analyze customers returns and internal defects detected in production lines (using: Ishikawa, 5-why …). - Review and update control plan of the different products. - Moderate and follow up the process associated to the quality improvement in production lines. - Measure internal quality performance (PPM, Scrap .. ) and PDCA follow up.

Exploitation office, Electric and command control.

Implement a thermal regulatory system into a wave machine. My work was based on: Realizing an electronic board with PIC16F877A microcontroller to ensure the regulation of temperature inside the wave machine, controlled by a Labview graphic interface through the serial port.
