Lialise with customer and manufacting sites to resolve customer corncerns. Visit customer to analyse harness defect and report concerns / findings to manufacting sites. Ensure compliance with customer deadlines when providing feedback relating to rootcause analysis and any action taken for al concerns. Carry out internal audits at manufacting sites quarterly to verify implementation of corrective actions. Input into company quality reporting systems and monitor progress through the closure

• Identify the general requirements of the product to meet the needs of the customer • Provide the interface with the customer for the development of tenders • Provide the interface with the production for the development of the product (work cycle, production equipment) • Enter the BOM and the work cycle in the system • Analyze any change request from the Client (feasibility and costing) • Interfaces with the prototype department on new developments
