My position included performance of a broad range of duties, including attendance and leave monitoring, payroll calculation, recruitment, completion of the exit procedure, handling audits, preparing JD's and updating the company manual and HR Procedure Handbook with any process changes.

 Thoroughly checking and disbursing auto/personal/SME loans within the given timescales and with maximum accuracy while adhering to appropriate processes.  Thoroughly checking documentation pertaining to personal/corporate account opening and servicing existing accounts (updating new signature/Trade License update).  Checking and authorizing customer’s post disbursal instructions/services upon receipt from branches/collections.
