My tasks include recruitment projects (research, screening, face-to-face interviews, shortlisting), advice and projects on HR-related matters, HR support, communication projects (notably for the organization Starfish MRM), translations of job ads, newsletters, general mails, etc.

Key responsibilities: - Monthly payroll management for several organizations (NGOs, SPRL) - Processing the daily requests on administrative and HR matters - Person of contact for the clients' employees - Dealing with HR processes related to new employees and/or organizations - Budget and expenses follow-up and management, financial reports - Recruitment (shortlisting, screening)

First as an intern and then as a student, I was responsible for recruitment and selection: profiles search, conduct job interviews, writing of interview summaries and assessment reports, follow-up of candidates during the recruitment procedure, meetings with clients.
