Currently co-ordinating a project to migrate "traditional" course to an online format. Have also lectured Communications, Research, Operations Management and Innovation. Mentor to adult students setting up their own business. Mentor mature students applying to gain exemptions to courses based on previous experience- primarily technical candidates, but also those entering business courses. Facilitator for the "Enterprise in Schools" Program.

I set up and maintain the E-Learning System- Moodle. I have also integrated the WizIQ system that tutors can schedule and deliver live streaming video classes and interact with students remotely.

I lecture the following subjects: Economics, Business Management, Organisational Behaviour, Irish Business Law, Business Communications, Marketing and e-Business. I also supervise Projects and oversee the Induction of new students.

Deliver I.T training including FETAC and ECDL

Computer Systems and Architecture, Web Design, Sotware Development (QBasic), Business Communications and Job Skills. Since my initial stint I have been recalled to cover for absent tutors, most recently in October 2008.

Many tasks- very varied role- Included: Support Production and QA, SOPs, CAs, Field support to customers in Europe, Problem resolution, R&D w/emphasis on product innovation, improvement, cost reduction. Maintain BOMs, ECOs, liase with suppliers and customers, audits, Test rigs, mechanical design, electronic fault finding to component level... Led many initiatives with resultant savings of 20-40% in addition to improved performance. Also worked successfully with US Engineering group to effect improvements
