- Ensures successful adoption of functionalities delivered by the development teams through training, support, user impact analysis and the provision of operational documentation - Contact person for internal user community, coordinating issue process - Recommend improvement actions to operational management or development teams as required - Coordination of SME community in order to ensure knowledge and usage of capabilities as well as to gather ideas on possible improvements

Provide tactical and operational guidance and support to the e-Commerce department and in cooperation with Marketing and Merchandising, regarding own specialism and the assigned area, in order to optimally support the e-Commerce processes. Ensure the successful trading of product categories and is responsible for executing Merchandising strategies on all digital properties of Office Depot and Viking in Europe to achieve budgeted sales, conversion goals, for all merchandising categories.
