As Senior internal recruiter I provide direct support to the Recruitment Director, supporting strategy and managing Senior hires throughout our European business.

- Management of the whole recruitment process from the sourcing to the start on project; - Improve our retention rate with new hires by planning first months followup meetings; - Job posting and employer branding on social medias; - Attend to job fairs and HR events; - Find new ways to enhance our attractiveness to candidates and improve recruitment processes; - Support the BU manager in the development of KPI’s for the Talent Team, development of a clear onboarding process and first weeks training plan.

- Management of the whole recruitment process from A to Z - Job posting and employer branding on social medias - Work closely with existing client to meet their recruitment needs - Attend to job fairs and HR events - Find new development opportunities with new clients - Interim & contractors management
