Organising & coordinating international seminars with potential future clients (China& India)

• Legal monitoring & development of the HR policy : organising the staff representatives‘ election, enforcement of the employer's entire legal obligations (rules of procedures, etc.), harmonising & drafting of employment contracts (debugging and creation of matrices) • Campus relations • European recruitments: profiles: business, marketing, legal, PA. → Recruitment of approx 60 foreign colleagues for the European offices: France, Spain, Germany, Italy, Benelux, Scandinavia.

• Campus relations: job fairs, sending job ads to alumni councils, network development. • Training: collecting & prioritising staff’ requests, general training report. • Internal communication: drafting the welcome handbook, organising a prevention campaign against tobacco addiction, drafting a booklet on the employees’ savings scheme /the profit-sharing scheme/the time savings account, organising the annual kick-off. • Helping HR Managers to recruit sales & Assistant profiles

• Recruitment: web hunting, internet job ads management, phone screening, interviewing candidates along with senior consultants, performing skills tests, reporting. • Administrative work: campus relations, back-office follow-up

• Project management: recruitment of the expatriate staff; drafting funding files in partnership with local NGOs, project follow-up jointly with European institutions (ECHO), follow-up trips/audit on the field (Afghanistan & Cuba). • Administrative work: English/Spanish/French translations, drafting the monthly information newsletter and press releases, etc.
