- Advise to senior managers on organizational development and planning needs - Recruitment & Training - Advice managers in job design and developing strategies -Prepare background information and positions to represent the company in front of the Labour Authority in cases related with dismissals (disciplinary redundancy, mass lay-off), workplace harassment, salaries, contracts, and labour categories - Team leader and acting as resource point for 5 Assistants - Negotiation with Work Union

- Labour consultant for medium and small enterprises on labour relations and related legal matters -Prepare case material and represent employees, small and medium enterprises in Court litigations related to labour issues - Prepare background information and positions to represent and defend the company’s interest in front of the Labour Authority

-Provide advice to workers and small companies on labour related issues: dismissals, disciplinary cases and labour conditions - Preparing and litigating labour, business and civil cases at Court.
