BSc thesis titled 'Modelling of electronic excitations and structural transformation of graphite upon irradiation with high-energy Xe ions using the TDDFT method' Performed DFT calculations for slab and bulk materials to understand material properties Evaluated stopping power and electron density evolution during Xe ion flight using the SIESTA TDDFT method. Assessed the feasibility of graphite-to-diamond structural transformation using the ORCA TDDFT method, contributing to novel material science insights.

Developed and delivered a structured lecture plan covering essential topics from Git and Python basics to advanced concepts like OOP, testing frameworks (Unittest, Pytest), and deployment tools (Docker, Jenkins). Provided practical instruction on test automation, Selenium, and API testing (REST API).

 Participated in three scientific research projects, expanding knowledge in diverse scientific fields.  Assisted in a study of atmospheric pollution using reflected moonlight under the supervision of N.I. Lapin.  Contributed to research on the chirality of sugars and drugs using optical polarimetry with Mikhail Afanasyevich Novikov.  Supported a project on using structured lighting to enhance image contrast, guided by Pavel Andreevich Shilyagin.

 Participated in a three-week internship focused on drug design workflows.  Modeled a low-molecular compound intended for inhibiting the Brutton tyrosine kinase protein.  Engaged in the organic synthesis of the designed low-molecular compound.  Tested the activity of the synthesized drug on a mino cell culture.  Successfully defended a project based on the results of the work completed.
