• Manage action plan on weekly/monthly basis. • Project planning and control of team of base stations designers. • About 5 engineers subordinate and more than 15 freelancers. • Negotiations with customers and subcontractors. • 1500 projects annually.

engineer • Designing mobile base station sites- BTS/RBS/Cabinet/Antenna/BOQ/Civil. • Antenna radiation level calculation. • Coordination with the customer. • Site survey, adoption of design decisions on the spot. • Duty journeys.

Drafting of drawings, plans, details under engineer supervision. Design of base stations and other communication facilities. Full suitability measured surveys (Greenfields, Streetworks or Rooftop sites).
